Advocate Simba Chitando is the Director of Legal, of ZASM. Adv. Chitando acquired an LLB from Rhodes University in 2004. Graduated with a Masters of Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town in 2007. He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2008. He joined the Cape Bar in 2009. He joined the Johannesburg Bar in 2012. Advocate Chitando is one of the most prominent Zimbabwean lawyers in the World, involved in high profile matters. He has represented: Eskom, SABC, South African Maritime Authority (SAMSA), South African National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL), SANTACO, Transnet, the South African Minister of Tourism, the South African Minister of Environment, the Zimbabwean Embassy, the Zimbabwean Exemption Permit Association, the Zimbabwean Workers Union, and several other prominent businessmen and women in the SADC region.
